Challenge
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Business Process Integration (OBPI) supports VA’s Modernization and process improvement initiatives as the liaison to the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) and the Office of Information & Technology (OI&T). OBPI is helping to stabilize and streamline core processes, ensuring that VBA’s business and data systems are properly documented, integrated, and communicated to provide the highest-quality delivery of benefits and services to Servicemembers, Veterans, and their families.
Atlas Research is working with the MyVA Performance Improvement (PI) Office to apply Lean and Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies to processes that add value and are customer and Veteran-centric.
Atlas Research supports the Veterans Healthcare Administration (VHA) and the Office of Veterans Access to Care (OVAC) by providing robust and integrated program management support to improve health care access for Veterans across the country.
