U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Continues Partnership with Atlas Research to Support Title X Family Planning Program

Atlas Research is pleased to announce that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Population Affairs (OPA) has exercised the first of three option years which will allow Atlas to continue providing HHS with technical assistance and content expertise to support the Title X Family Planning Program.

The Title X Family Planning Program supports a national network of approximately 4,200 service sites, providing reproductive health services to 4.5 million people each year. To enhance the Title X Program, Atlas will continue to provide ongoing support and technical assistance for OPA’s efforts to conduct program reviews, provide technical assistance to grantees, and conduct national meetings and conferences to exchange best practices and information among grantees and sub-recipients. Atlas staff will manage the online technical assistance portal and support overall technical assistance processes, including database management, materials development, logistics, and program assessments, as well as ensuring the availability of capable and trained expert consultants.

The competitively-awarded contract was originally awarded in September 2014 with a total estimated value of $3.4 million dollars.
