Through the creation of a new logotype, graphics, templates, and brand standards guidebook, Atlas helped the Grand Forks Region Economic Development Corporation create designs that are attractive and effective, ensuring a visible and recognizable brand.

The work the Atlas Research Team is performing will help Veterans Health Administration (VHA) leadership, communicators, and employees effectively and consistently understand and communicate about important initiatives and their impacts on staff and patients.

As the VA National Center for PTSD looks back to celebrate 25 years of PTSD research, education, and treatment, it looks forward with a refreshed and contemporary brand presence.

Atlas Research is helping the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs drive toward a modern, user-friendly, technology-enabled contact center and web experience that consistently delivers an exceptional Veteran experience across the enterprise.

Challenge

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Business Process Integration (OBPI) supports VA’s Modernization and process improvement initiatives as the liaison to the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) and the Office of Information & Technology (OI&T). OBPI is helping to stabilize and streamline core processes, ensuring that VBA’s business and data systems are properly documented, integrated, and communicated to provide the highest-quality delivery of benefits and services to Servicemembers, Veterans, and their families.

To address new standards in advancing effective patient- and family-centered care practices in hospitals, Atlas Research developed a Cultural Competence Grand Rounds Series for providers at the Washington, DC VA Medical Center (VAMC). 

Atlas Research worked with the National Center on Homelessness Among Veterans to develop and deploy the Benefits Assistance and Support System (BASS) as another means to achieve the End Veteran Homelessness (EVH) goal.

Atlas Research is helping design and implement strategy for one of the Under Secretary’s top five priorities, the diffusion of best practices.

To address new hospital standards in cultural competence, the Sioux Falls VA Medical Center asked Atlas Research to assess its health care environment and provide recommendations.

Atlas Research supported the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) by creating and delivering a national training program for the 400 formerly homeless Veterans hired by VA to help other homeless Veterans find employment.
