Atlas Research Welcomes Constance Bennett as Senior Fellow

Atlas Research is pleased to welcome Constance Bennett, MA as a Senior Fellow. Ms. Bennett is an Army Veteran who has extensive experience in the public sector providing high quality engineering expertise. She is a dedicated IT professional who links business operations, organizational challenges and IT development knowledge to transform businesses.

Ms. Bennett has worked with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) as a contractor since 2007, starting with Real Time Location System implementation and working as process lead in the Patient Wait Time Study. She was then asked to lead the contractor team supporting the VHA assessment of the Replacement Scheduling Application (RSA) effort. Her team conducted numerous site visits across the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) to assess the diversity of the facilities in the context of preparing for national deployment, and then developed a site visit analysis report, High Level Implementation Plan and Site Level Implementation PlanUpon completion of the RSA, she led an investigation into an alternative in the Office of Information Technology (OIT)-led Analysis of Alternatives for Scheduling Replacement and developed a three step approach for building out scheduling improvementsRecently, Ms. Bennett supported the acquisition activities for the Medical Appointment Scheduling System (MASS) through the refinement of business needs, business blueprints, and other acquisition sensitive artifacts. She currently works with VHA to document a roadmap for all scheduling and access related initiatives. 

Ms. Bennett holds a Master of Arts degree in organizational change management from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Military Academy.
