Atlas Research Welcomes Beth Borko as a Senior Fellow

Atlas Research is pleased to welcome Beth Borko as a Senior Fellow. Ms. Borko has more than 25 years of experience leading the design of innovative, performance-focused custom training solutions for a wide range of government civilian and defense organizations. She brings expertise in adult learning principles, learning theories and techniques, and instructional systems design. She has deep experience identifying agency performance gaps and conceptualizing innovative, award-winning, instructionally sound solutions that effectively leverage technologies to optimize individual performance in support of agency missions.

She has developed instructional design processes, tools, and standards; developed and mentored teams of instructional designers; and managed numerous large-scale training development programs. She has partnered with subject matter experts and other government stakeholders to develop training programs that bring results, addressing technical and soft skill domains from information assurance to leadership. She also brings extensive experience in formative and summative evaluation of training programs.

Ms. Borko received a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Wellesley College, and a Master of Science degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education.
