October 16, 2018

Atlas Research, in partnership with Manhattan Strategy Group and the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans, supports Homeless Veteran Reintegration Programs through the National Veterans Technical Assistance Center (NVTAC), funded by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Service. Atlas staff work with providers to increase employment opportunities for Veterans enrolled in reintegration programs by enhancing collaboration with local and national employers.

“Atlas is excited to work with the Department of Labor,” said Atlas President and CEO Robin Portman. “Our firm’s history is firmly grounded in a passion and support for Veterans’ issues and the missions of the agencies that support them. We are excited to help DOL-VETS grantees strengthen community partnerships and enhance relationships with employers in an effort to help Veterans secure jobs.”

Atlas supports the NVTAC in areas such as establishing partnerships, providing technical assistance, and identifying underserved areas and subpopulations of homeless Veterans. The work through this project addresses the Homeless Veteran Comprehensive Assistance Act of 2001.
