Providing Graphic Design Services to the VA National Center for PTSD

Challenge

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Center for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (NCPTSD) sought a partner to create quality, accessible, and refreshed brand-related collateral that would be user friendly, compliant with Section 508 accessibility standards, and relevant to the NCPTSD’s target audiences.

Solution

The Atlas Research creative team worked with the NCPTSD staff to redesign web and print materials to reflect an engaging, polished, and consistent brand. This includes the Clinician’s Trauma Update Online, an e-newsletter that summarizes the latest clinically-relevant research and is distributed to over 30,000 subscribers; 14 assessment measures authored by NCPTSD, including their associated manuals and guides; and the NCPTSD’s special issue Annual Report marking the 25-year history of the organization.

Result

As NCPTSD looks back to celebrate 25 years of PTSD research, education, and treatment, it looks forward with a refreshed and contemporary brand presence through materials developed by the Atlas creative team.
