Christopher P. Cronin

Senior Vice President

Christopher P. Cronin is a Senior Vice President at Atlas Research. He is responsible for leading efforts to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. He also serves as a strategic member of the executive management team to ensure attainment of company goals.

 

Mr. Cronin comes to Atlas Research with 20 years of government contracting experience. Most recently, he served as the President of Carney, Inc., a small government contracting business, and President and CEO of two SBA certified 8(a) Alaskan Native Corporations – Nangwik Services, LLC and Concentric Methods, LLC. In these positions, he led operations and business development teams that improved customer satisfaction, while increasing company revenue and profit.

 

These customers included the following.

 

·       U.S. Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Army Direct Care Medical Services (ADCMS), Training Support Services, and Fort Belvoir Community Hospital: provided support services to more than 10 specialized and general areas of medicine, staffed and managed 40 contractors+ that provided curriculum development used for Army wide medical training, and staffed and managed 26 Certified Registered Nurses

·       Army Walter Reed Histocompatibility Lab Managers and Biomedical Technicians: developed protocols and established standards in a laboratory environment, and used various methods to modify, troubleshoot, maintain, test, calibrate, adjust and overhaul medical, laboratory and dental equipment.

·       Army, Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics (G-4): created, implemented and managed, IT tools and analysis processes that managed Army medical capability, fleet, unit and equipment readiness.

·       National Institutes of Health (NIH) OMS Clinic and Supply Center: provided clinical staffing and operations to enhance the health and safety of the workforce through the provision of a variety of work-related medical and counseling services.

·       National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID): provided intranet/internet and maintenance activities in support of customer’s needs and strategic business and communication objectives.

·       Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Human Capital and Zika Training: assisted the CDC with organization development and provided curriculum development and instructional design for Zika virus prevention and treatment training.

·       VA Learning University (VALU): supported VALU’s mission and business objectives through high quality, cost-effective continuous learning and development that enhanced leadership and occupational proficiency.

 

Mr. Cronin also served more than four years on active duty as an enlisted infantry Marine, where he was meritoriously promoted twice and consistently served in positions normally reserved by those of higher rank.

 

Mr. Cronin has a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems from The Catholic University of America. He has also received training in joint venture/mentor protégée agreements, DOL EEO audits, Service Contract Act, and managing and writing federal proposals from Shipley Associates.
