Bob Carr, MD, MPH, FACPM, is senior vice president and corporate medical director of GlaxoSmithKline, where he leads the Environmental Health & Safety areas worldwide. He has adjunct faculty appointments in Health Policy and Management at Johns Hopkins University and in Occupational Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania where he also serves as Chair of the Occupational Medicine Residency Advisory Committee.
Dr. Carr received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Miami and completed both his Master's degree in Public Health and his residency in Preventive Medicine at Johns Hopkins University. He is board certified in Preventive Medicine, a Fellow of the American College of Preventive Medicine, and serves on numerous professional and community boards.
