The Atlas team’s most critical capability is our ability to understand and implement effective project plans to fulfill our customer’s needs, particularly government-unique requirements. For example, Atlas has significant past performance that demonstrates the company’s broad knowledge of the Department of Veterans Affairs, including projects at the Federal, network, and facility levels.  The Atlas staff is well-versed
in the demands associated with establishing a policy planning office from its work in establishing VA’s Office of Rural Health Policyand Planning Group (PPG). The project team played an integral role in developing and managing over 300 nationally implemented rural health projects.

Atlas Research also brings first-rate expertise, experience, and technical competency in the organization, development, and administration of meetings and working group programs.  For the College for Accreditation of Health Management Education (CAHME) International Healthcare Management Education Initiative, Atlas staff provided a systematic review of healthcare management training programs in 16 countries, and prepared country-specific profiles of health administrator supply and demand within these territories.
