Patricia Weaver

Patricia Weaver is Vice President for Corporate Development where she oversees  Atlas’ Corporate Development Group (CDG). She is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of progressive management, leadership, compliance, strategic planning, and contracts experience, with expertise in building and optimizing organizational processes and infrastructure to maximize business results in service operations.

Ms. Weaver previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Alion Science and Technology where she was responsible for the development, implementation, and establishment of internal processes and procedures to ensure policy compliance as well as direct management oversight for Contracts and Procurement/Property, Pricing, Lease Management, HR, Marketing and Communications, and Corporate Proposal and Contract Backlog Reporting.

Prior to joining Alion in 2000, Ms. Weaver was Vice President/Group Contracts Manager and a member of senior management team responsible for management and administration of contract, subcontract, pricing, and property requirements at SAIC.  Ms. Weaver has received many industry awards, including being a finalist in the Women in Technology (WIT) Heroines Award in both 2006 and 2008. She was also recognized by the Washington Business Journal as one of the region’s “Women Who Mean Business” in 2008. She received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Kinesiology from George Washington University.
